Over time, it evolved into a respected cultural space linked to the National Pension Scheme Authority, supporting theatre, spoken word, music, workshops, and experimental productions.

The club became an important platform for emerging and established creatives, reflecting Zambian social realities through performance. Today, NAPSA Theatre Club stands as both a heritage institution and a modern creative hub, balancing artistic tradition with digital transformation, youth engagement, and contemporary cultural expression.
